Tutorial Activity Feed Doccly 101

While you have been setting up, you will have noticed that important events are being recorded in your activity feed. That is on the right-hand side of your page. You did not even have to do anything! This is so that your colleagues and team members know what is going on and you have a record of what happened when.

Dynamic feed

The activity feed will change depending on what you are working on. For example, on the Preferences page, you will be able to see organization-wide information. If you click on a specific Deal Room, you will be able to see that Deal Room’s activity feed. People who are not part of the team in a Deal Room can not see this feed, so you can share information about the deal.

You can also leave your comments in the activity feed. Just type your message into the text box on the right-hand side of your page. If you would like to tag someone, type an '@' before their username.
