Tutorial Edit Your Profile Doccly 101

The next step in your Doccly Lender setup journey is completing your profile. To get to your profile page, follow these steps:

• Click on your profile picture in the bottom left-hand corner

• Choose Profile from the menu that pops up

User information

Start by filling in your User Information. Remember that this information will be displayed publicly on Doccly Lender, so be careful to not share any family secrets. Follow the prompts to add the information that you will need.

Upload a profile picture. We would recommend a well-lit, head-and-shoulders style photo. Time to break out those winning headshots! If you do not have a photo on hand, or would prefer not to upload one, carry on completing your profile as normal, and the system will automatically generate a unique icon for you.

Once you fill out your user information and add a photo, your colleagues will be able to see some of your information on the platform. Similarly, when your colleagues add their info, you will see that your display is brightened by their smiling faces.

Personal information

Next, complete your Personal Information. This information is private and will not be shared without your permission. Remember to save as you go!

Notifications

If you glance towards the top of your screen, you will see a tab labeled Notifications. This is where you can go to edit your notification preferences. You can select whether you would like push notifications, emails, or both, and for which events these should occur.

You can pop back here at any time to change your choices. This is also where you can go if you previously selected not to receive notifications and you would like to change your mind. If you need a refresher on Push Notifications, click here.
