Set up push notifications with Doccly

Aug 18, 2022 (PHOENIX, Ariz.) — Follow this easy tutorial to set up push notifications with Doccly Lender.

Welcome to the Doccly Lender platform. This is step one of an easy five-step tutorial that we have developed to get you going quickly!

First log in

So you have just logged in for the first time. The first thing you should see is a dialog box labeled Allow Push Notifications. It is advised to allow these. Doccly Lender uses push notifications to make sure that you are aware of all important events on the platform for your service provider and Deal Rooms. This is how you are notified of changes and progress, keeping your email inbox empty!

After you click allow, you are going to see another message from your browser confirming that you would like to allow push notifications from our site. Click Allow there too and you will be good to go!

If you do not see these messages, or if you pressed Not Now and you would like to allow, never fear! You can always choose to allow push notifications by navigating to the notifications tab. Follow these steps to get there:

  • Click on your profile picture in the bottom left-hand corner

  • Choose Profile from the list

  • Select the Notifications tab at the top of your page

You can manage all of your notification preferences easily from the notifications tab.

Apple users

If you are using Safari, please note that Apple does not allow push notifications on their Safari browser. However, you can still use Doccly Lender as normal. If you would like to receive notifications, we would recommend using Chrome. You can download Chrome here.

Browser settings

If you pressed Allow on the Doccly Lender notification and then Don't Allow or Block on your browser, and you would like to receive push notifications, then you will have to change your settings. Visit the notification settings in your browser, and you can change your selection from there.

Once you have sorted notifications out, you can relax knowing that you will never miss a beat. You will be notified of all important events on the platform. No more email!
