Your app is capable of document management. The document management feature within your app is used to track, manage, and store documents and reduce (hopefully eliminate) paper. Your app keeps a record of the various versions of documents created and modified by different users. Context is the deal room The document management functionality is only available to signed in users who have an appropriate role in the particular deal room they are viewing. Once these criteria are met, users can upload documents which are then associated with the user and deal room context. Each event concerning documents is recorded so that a document ‘timeline’ can be viewed showing how a document’s status has changed over time. Notifications Your app is able to track when a new document has been uploaded, or an existing document has been amended or deleted. Other participants in the deal room are notified automatically without the user needing to do anything.
